Stamping

We offer a wide range of stamping and bracket capabilities including progressive, manual transfer, blanking and draw forming dies.

Our stamping capabiities include:

• 22 mechanical presses
• 10 presses cabable of progressive stamping
• Tonage: 60 to 300 tons (assessing purchase of 800-1200 ton press)
• Various straighteners, feeders and decoilers
  

Our in-house tool and die department is available to support our stamping processes. Support needs beyond maintenance, is available around the clock from sister companies AFC Tool Company and Dayton Precision Punch, Inc., located within our facility.
